Customer Terms & Conditions

  1. Our contract with you

1.1 These Terms and conditions will apply to any order we accept from you on our website. We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time and it is the current version that will apply to each when you place an order. We will notify you of changes to the Terms by email.

1.2 Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them before placing an order. The Terms restrict Our liability to you in certain circumstances, Please note any Orders without a voucher code and which have a value of less than =N=15000 (at once) will be charged for pick and delivery this, however, will be dependent the customer’s location.  Please note that minimum order value may differ depending on location – if you need help with this, contact our Customer Care at customercare@changersdrycleaners.com.

  1. Placing an Order

2.1 Please ensure that you double-check the details of your Order before submitting it as we will not be liable to you for any errors you make. For example, please check carefully that you correctly identify each Item. If you think that you may have made a mistake, please contact us immediately. We will confirm any changes to your Order by email.

2.2 Submission of an Order does not create a contract between us. The contract arises when we send you an email confirming acceptance of your Order. The email will include your billing information or code.

2.3 We will assign an order number to each Order and inform you of it when we accept the Order. Please quote the order number in all subsequent contact with us.

2.4 If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your Order, We will let you know by email.

  1. Changes to your Order

3.1 You may make a change to an Order at any time before the collection time set out in our email acceptance of your Order by contacting our Customer Care at customercare@changersdrycleaners.com.

3.2 With your consent and at our discretion, we may make a change to your Order as an alternative to canceling it in the circumstances set out.

  1. Our rights to cancel your Order

4 .1 we may cancel your order and the contract between you and us in the following circumstances:

4.2 As a result of an Event Outside Our Control; or

4.3 If you fail to make Items available for collection; or

If you fail to pick up your calls or respond to your emails for confirmation

4.4 If we consider that any Item does not correspond with the Order, damaged, has no information about its content or cleaning instructions, or does not fall within those Items which we accept.

4.5 If we cancel your Order we will contact you by phone or email and

4.6 Where we have not already started work on your Order, We will not charge you anything and you will not have to make any payment to us; if already paid we will make a refund within 24 hours.

But if the reverse is the case we will charge base on the job done.

4.7 We will arrange to redeliver the Item(s) to you at the original redelivery time or as soon as reasonably possible.

  1. Service standards

5.1 We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with good industry standards.

5.2 We will not be liable for any delay or non-performance of our Services where you have failed to provide accurate information in your Order, for example, if an address is incomplete or inaccurate, or if you fail to pick up your calls or respond to your emails

  1. ABANDONED ITEMS/DEMURRAGE.

6,1All client should note that we are running a laundry and dry cleaning business and not way house facility, in this context;

6.2 50% fee will be added to your total dry cleaning amount if by any chance you do not make yourself available for delivery after two days of the job done.

6.3 We will not be liable you for any item(s) abandoned for more than 60 days (2 months)

  1. 7. PRE-PAID BUNDLES

7.1 Pre-paid Bundles, including the (N20,000, 30,000 and 45,000) which offer a discounted, bulk rate.

7.2 However this bundle excludes dry cleaning items such as a suit, agbada, wedding gowns, duvet, and other special dry cleaning materials.

7.3 All pre-paid bundle vouchers are subject to the same terms and conditions.

7.4 Pre-paid bundles are non-refundable.

7.5 Pre-paid bundle vouchers will expire 1 month after purchase.

7.6 Pre-paid bundles are already heavily discounted. Customers cannot use further discounts or vouchers when purchasing a pre-paid bundle except for the promotional period.

  1. 8. MONTHLY UNLIMITED BUNDLES./ PLANS

8.1 BASIC PLAN 20,000.

8.2 The basic unlimited plan is for one user which will enable him/her to dry clean or launder all clothing ranging from an official and casual outfit also included in his/her beddings which are a bed sheet and towels, light curtains not more than one door and two windows. ‘’Except for any promotion’’ This offer is excluding duvet cover or blanket wedding gowns, tick/ special curtains, suede, winter or leather jacket, set of George wrapper, aso-oke, bridal/special dinner gowns also major stain treatment are not included. In the case of the above mention items, each dry cleaning items shall be charged separately.

8.3 STANDARD PLAN 30,000.

8.4 The standard plan is couples that is husband and wife and it also carries the same conditions as figure 8.2

8.5 PREMIUM PLAN 45,000

8.6  The premium plan is for a family, that is father, mother and not more than three children and it carries the same conditions  as figure 8.2 and

  1. If there is a problem with the services

9.1 If there is any problem with the Services:

9.2 please contact our Customer Care by email at  customercare@changersdrycleaners.com  or any of helpline as detailed on the web and tell Us as soon as reasonably possible;

9.3 if you have a complaint about the Services we will deal with it in accordance with our Complaints Policy, available at www.changersdrycleaners.com/complaints.

9.4 You will not have to pay for Us to deal with your complaint.

9.5 Complaints should be notified to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery of any Item if you believe that We are in breach of our obligations under these Terms.

  1. Price and payment

10.1 The price of the Services will be set out in Our price list as set out on the web at www.changersdrycleaners.com/prices and will be the price in force at the time you place your order. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect Orders that We have accepted.

10.2 Our prices include VAT. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date we accept your Order and the date of payment, We will have to adjust the rate of VAT that you pay.

  1. Our liability to you

11.1 At Changers Dry Cleaners, we pride ourselves in giving our customers excellent service, ensuring that all garments we receive are properly cleaned and kept in very good condition.

11.2 However, in rare cases customers garments may be damaged in the process of cleaning. This is regrettable and as such the Company will do its utmost best to either restore the garment to its original state or pay compensation.

11.3 No amount of money can replace items that are of value, sentimental or otherwise to our customers however in accordance with the Rules and Guild of Cleaners and Launderers in Nigeria, we are committed to paying an adequate compensation as stated in our compensation policy(www.changersdrycleaners.com/compensationpolicy.

12. Changers Dry Cleaners Compensation Policy is as follows:

12.1All client are hereby advice to carefully check their garment on arrival or delivery

12.2All complaints must be returned within 7days after collection, and the tags displaying the order number, plus the strip outlining the garment’s condition must also be returned.

12.3Customers will be required to complete a claims form stating the item lost or damaged, store in which it was purchased, date and amount of purchase.

12.4 Monetary Compensation WILL ONLY be given with proof of purchase ( A VALID RECEIPT ). No cash payments bank or credit card statements confirming the purchase price prior to agreeing to any compensation. Failure to produce a valid proof of purchase may limit the compensation amount offered.

12.5Customers who are unable to produce a valid receipt will only be given 300% of the total dry cleaning items.

12.6 As with life expectancy, age, and condition of the garment are taken into consideration in deciding the value of a used garment and the time of damage or loss. As such a much-worn garment is of less value than an identical garment of the same age, in good condition; As such we will conduct a depreciation value on the garment.

12.7 For garments less than a year old and in good condition, 70% of the purchase price will be given on production of the receipt of purchase

12.8For garments more than a year old and in good condition, 40% of the purchase price will be given on production of the receipt of purchase.

12.9For garments in poor condition, only 20% of the purchase price will be given, on the production of receipt of purchase.

12.10 We will not be responsible for any single item valued at more than =N=50,000 and more unless we have received (and acknowledged) notification via email to customercare@changersdrycleaners.com.

  1. DAMAGE/LOST ON BUNDLE PACKAGES

13.1 since the bundle package is limitless of which in this regard we do not make charges on a single item we will compensate you as stated below.

13.2 Shirt — =N=3000, trouser —- =N= 3000, jean/chinos —- =N= 1500,   T-shirt/polo 1000 gown 3000, blues—=N= 2000, Buba/Soko —- =N=5000. Etc

13.3 Please note that changers dry cleaners will not pay any compensation on a single item that is above =N=5,000. 

  1. Events Outside Our Control

14.1 We will not be liable or compensations of any cash or be responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of Our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.

14.2 An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond Our reasonable control, or the reasonable control of any of our Service Providers including (without limitation) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or closure or failure of public infrastructure or public or private telecommunications networks.

14.3 If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of Our obligations under these Terms:

14.3 We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and

14.4 Our obligations under these Terms will be suspended and the time for performance of Our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.

  1. How we may use your personal information

15.1 We will use the personal information you provide to Us to:

15.2 provide the Services;

15.3 process your payment for such Services; and

15.4 inform you about similar products or services that we provide unless you indicate that you do not wish to receive such communications by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any changers dry cleaners promotional email communication.

15.5 We will not give your personal data to any third party other than any Service Providers

  1. CHANGERS DRY CLEANERS QUALITY GUARANTEE

16.1 We check each and every garment before it is returned. However, if you are not completely satisfied then simply contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and we guarantee to re-clean your items free of charge. Any re-clean requests submitted after 48 hours will be considered on a discretionary basis.

16.2 To request re-cleaning for your items please email our Customer Care team, explain the problem and attach any relevant photos. A Customer Service agent will contact you to arrange a suitable time for recollection.

  1. Re-cleaning policy

17.1 The re-cleaning only applies to individual items that have been cleaned by changers dry cleaners and the original dry cleaning ticket must be attached.

17.2 Please note it is not always possible to remove all stains. If we cannot remove a stain, the customers will be informed according to the ticket which is attached to their items.

  1. Referral

18.1 All affiliate or referrals has a reward of 20% of any of its product services

18.2 Any affiliate with any bundle referrals will enjoy it’s 20% for the next 6 month before it is expires

18.3 A referral bonus will be given to all affiliate with up to 10 clients every quarter
